Become a Community Captain for VTSTRA
Membership Eligibility: VTSTRA Membership is open to any person who owns or manages a vacation rental in Vermont and is committed to achieving the VTSTRA Standards for Responsible Hosting. Members may serve as committee members, local chapter leaders, community captains, board members, and officers. Members receive all member benefits listed below and may vote at the Annual Member Meeting to elect board members and officers. Please note that publically-owned management companies do not qualify for VTSTRA membership, but are encouraged to support our work as a business partner.
In accordance with Federal Tax Regulations, members may claim up to 70% of their annual dues as a tax-deductible business expense, as 30% of annual dues are directed towards lobbying.
