As short-term rental rules evolve across the nation, including here in Vermont, our community needs resources to stay connected and protected. That’s why VTSTRA is part of the Half Stays Local Program with the Right to Rent Collaborative (R2RC)!

Vermont Property Managers who enroll through their PMS (property management software) will automatically contribute $2 per reservation to fund advocacy efforts, with half going to VTSTRA. That means $1 supports R2RC’s mission and $1 goes directly to funding VTSTRA.
