  • Grow our community of Vermont STR supporters

  • Protect our rights through lobbying & legal representation

  • Gather data on Vermont STRs so we can make informed policy recommendations to decision-makers

  • Create tools and resources for Vermont STR hosts to grow their business and comply with laws

VTSTRA is registered as a non-profit organization with the State of Vermont. Donations are NOT tax-deductible, but may be claimed as a business expense (minus funds directed toward lobbying).

VTSTRA is currently seeking volunteers at all levels! Volunteer positions available include:

  • Board of Directors Members

    • Attend regular virtual board meetings and head a committee

  • Advisory Board Members

    • Advise VTSTRA director & board in areas of your relevant expertise

  • Local Chapter Leaders

    • Become the point-person for your town and track local STR issues

  • Community Advocates

    • Distribute promotional materials & help grow our community

  • Content Creators

    • Create written or graphic content for print and digital
