The City of Burlington has warned for a public hearing on an STR Ordinance that would ban non-owner-occupied short-term rentals. The public hearing will be held on January 31, 2022 in-person at Burlington City Hall and remotely on Zoom.

In advance of the public hearing, VTSTRA is hosting a strategy meeting for Burlington hosts—and any other host in Vermont who wants to know what other hosts are experiencing. We will share some updates & advice from our attorney, as well as build some consensus and discuss strategy for speaking at the hearing.
